Location: Wokingham, Woodley, remote (Waterford House, Erftstadt Court, Wokingham, RG20 2YF and Headley Road, Woodley, Reading RG5 5JA)

**Salary**: £24,867.6

Salary pro rata: No

Hours per week: 37.5

Type of contract: Permanent

Closing time: 17:00

We are looking to expand our supervision team, who work closely with the Advice team and Head of Operations. The role covers both of our advice centres detailed in the location above.

We will also consider applicants who:

- Have experience of working in the advice sector and in addition have experience of managing volunteers.
- Have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and enjoy working as part of a lively, busy team.
- Ideally have experience in supervising volunteers but this is not essential.
- Have the ability to manage and motivate volunteers, including assisting with their development.
- Have the ability to ensure best use of IT systems and packages in the provision of advice services.
