**Salary:£20,000**
- Are you an experienced Bids and Tenders Assistant Supporting the sales team with the presentation, administration, and submission of tenders, Working with marketing to improve the presentation and content of our bids?
- You will be Supporting the sales team with the presentation, administration, and submission of tenders and PQQs, Whilst Maintaining and updating the company bid library and Working with marketing to improve the presentation and content of our bids.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Checking daily alerts for business opportunities and circulating them to sales team for action
- Completing client PQQ/Questionnaire requests through portals, Word, and Excel (PQQ process*)
- Completing Client RFI/ITT requests through portals, Word and Excel (Bid process*)
- Supporting the Sales Team with tender/quotation responses to ensure our best response possible
- Dealing quickly and efficiently with daily portal tender messages, distributing and responding promptly
- Maintaining/developing the Bid Library
- Maintaining/developing Tender Templates
- Assisting with the onboarding process, where required
- Maintaining quotation templates for internal users
- Maintenance and circulation of Bid to Win Log every week
- Develop skills to gain the ability to produce written bespoke content for our bids

**ABOUT YOU**
- IT skills - Microsoft packages - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent grammar and ability to produce coherent written content
- Good comprehension of questions and the ability to answer them accurately
- Effective Communication - capable of communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Highly motivated with a personal passion for sustainability
- Builds trusted relationships with internal and external customers
- Highly organised, and methodical with attention to detail
- Energetic, enthusiastic and influential
