An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Customer Service advisor to join our team.

Based at our Kings Norton workroom, we are looking for a friendly and professional individual who wants to make a difference to our customers Thread and Dandy experience.

You should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail as you will be also working with figures and converting measurements.

IT proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel essential.

Primary responsibilities will be answering the phone, helping customers, converting measures and preparing quotes and placing orders with our suppliers.

Soft Furnishings knowledge would be preferable but not essential, along with a genuine interest in Interior Design.

The role is initially for 20 hours a week spread across 4 or 5 days per week.

The ability to be flexible or do additional hours as our business expands would be also be beneficial.

Salary range £21,000 - £23,000 (full time equivalent)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rated) staff discount scheme.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11,200.00-£12,300.00 per year
