**The role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a **Corporate Receptionist** for one of our amazing insurance clients in a prestigious City of London building.

**What does being a Corporate Receptionist look like?**
- Create a warm and inviting reception atmosphere for all visitors and staff, ensuring professional greetings, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of reception amenities.
- Execute the office running checklist each morning to guarantee a polished and prepared workspace for the day ahead.
- Collaborate with the Office Experience Manager (OEM) to ensure continuous coverage at the reception desk during business hours, facilitating a seamless visitor experience.
- Manage the visitor journey, including access, meeting room arrangements, catering, and maintaining an up-to-date visitors' log for reporting purposes.
- Adhere to Front of House administration policies and procedures, contributing to the maintenance of the office handbook.
- Coordinate schedules for the Wellness Room, ensuring smooth facilitation of therapist appointments and equipment usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front of House common areas, restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor and manage all office deliveries, ensuring proper storage and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and common areas throughout the workday.
- Provide administrative support to various committees, assisting in the coordination of outreach and social events.
- Assist in the arrangement and coordination of internal and external events for staff or Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives.
- Partner with IT Infrastructure to ensure functionality of meeting room equipment and prompt resolution of any technical issues.

- Friendly, courteous, and punctual
- Extremely well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very organised and proactive, with high attention to detail and excellent work ethic
- Able to work and build relationships with staff at all levels in the business and manage complaints calmly and tactfully.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft Suite (particularly Word, Outlook, Excel) and the desire to learn new systems.
- At least 1 years’ experience as Front of House or admin support in a corporate environment
- Good initiative and the ability to identify process improvements.
- Understanding the office health and safety requirements and compliance.
- Able to work well independently and maintain a positive outlook when under pressure.

- Exposure to customers where you have focused on a positive experience is desirable.
- Working relationships are key, and you must have the ability to build on them for the best result - there is no “I” in TEAM
