BCHA are a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider based in the South West. We provide support to our customers who may be facing a range of issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health and substance misuse.

BCHA help people off the streets by providing temporary accommodation in Yeovil. Our hostel, ‘Pathways’ is single bed accommodation for both men and women who are experiencing some trauma in their lives.

**Position**:
Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you have a heart for helping those in need? Join our dedicated team in Plymouth as a Support Worker and play a crucial role in supporting individuals at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to individuals at risk of homelessness
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Offer emotional support and crisis intervention
- Help customers access local resources and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
