**_Job description _**
Due to significant business growth across the UK, we are seeking a self-motivated and forward-thinking bookkeeper/admin person to undertake this central role within our business
**_Job responsibilities _**
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers, match purchase orders with invoices
- Coordinate bank deposit and report financial results on regular basis to management
- Pay vender invoices and track bank account balance
- Develop monthly financial statement, including cash flow profit & loss statement and balance sheet
- Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns
- Posting supplier invoices and expense form & assist with processing day to day
- Supporting with credit control function and chasing overdue customer payments
Processing bank payments and preparing monthly end reconciliations
- _Experience_*
- 5 years’ experience working in account payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll report
- Strong knowledge or generally accepted accounting principles
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft office ,excel, Sage
- Experience in services related to payroll such as writing cheques and submitting payroll taxes
- Strong understanding of business and income tax work sheet and computation
- AAT qualified or degree in finance or qualified by experience -Previous experience with VAT, CIS and PAYE returns is must
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
