Customer Service/administration Assistant

**Expected Roles and Personnel Capabilities**
The position is based within a busy hi-tech office environment and will cover a wide range of activities including communicating with customers and service engineers in the UK and internationally. The incumbent will be expected to be office based for a minimum of 3 days per week.
The duties and major tasks of the job shall include but not be limited to:
- Answering and responding to telephone customer support enquiries
- Help to prepare customer service quotes
- Help to prepare engineer service reports and be responsible for collecting completed forms
- Creating reports using Excel and associated business software
- A good working knowledge of French would be a distinct advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.40-£12.50 per hour
