We are currently recruiting a Dispatch Controller to join our expanding team as the business continues to grow year on year..

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Stores Dept to ensure goods are shipped to deadlines
- Liaising with haulier and couriers and preparing appropriate despatch paperwork
- Coordination of shipments and deliveries
- Ensuring that delivery schedules are met, and any delays communicated.
- Inform sales team of orders packed and waiting for payment
- Resolve post-dispatch queries and problems
- Ensuring the quality of the packaging is line with customer expectations
- Provide excellent customer service over the telephone, in writing and in person, being a champion within the business
- Work closely with the Sales team to resolve issues and advise them of dispatch details
- A team player who can also work effectively on their own

**Skills - essential**:

- Previous dispatch and logistics experience
- Good planning, organisation skills and excellent workload management
- The ability to multi-task and ensure accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Be flexible, adaptable and a natural team player

Any other reasonable request from a member of the Management team.

**Salary**: £28,076.00-£29,035.00 per year
