The Role - Accounts Assistant

As Accounts Assistant joining our team you’ll be much more than just a cog in a machine. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of tasks, meaning no two days will be the same. These tasks will include both accounts duties and using your outstanding customer service skills to maintain client relationships.

Specific accounts duties will include supporting the accounts preparation process, and processing client data through bookkeeping software (Xero, Kashflow, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext) including purchase invoice recording, bank reconciliations, and VAT return preparation.

Our Requirements - Accounts Assistant
- General bookkeeping / accounts administration experience **Proficiency with Word and Excel ** Great customer service skills, with a personable approach and ability to build relationships with others **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**

Although not essential, experience gained using Xero / KashFlow would be highly advantageous, as would the ability to speak in Welsh.

The Package

You will join an established, family firm with a warm and welcoming environment and benefit from:
