Our client is a large healthcare organisation looking to recruit 2 Band 2 administrators.
**Your new role**
To provide an efficient typing and general clerical/admin service, working across two sites. To maintain confidentiality at all times and assist in the smooth running of the service.
This role requires an individual with excellent typing skills; general administration and clerical experience who has the confidence and ability to work with minimum supervision and manage own workload effectively.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Good level of Administration/ Secretarial experience or a NVQ Level 2 Business Administration qualification.
Previous Administration experience - essential.
Data inputting experience.
Minute taking experience.
Typing skills/ Good letter writing skills - essential.
Excellent organisational skills - essential.
Good communication skills - essential.
Experience working with computers, knowledge of Microsoft Office - Essential.
Good customer service skills - Essential.
