About The Role
**_Customer Service Administrator - Dublin_**:
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Washroom Customer Service administrator at our Dublin office. _This varied role will be working within a team environment, taking ownership, and ensuring first time resolution for a variety of customer and colleague needs.This office-based role will see you dealing with customer service, administration of customeraccounts plus support functions._
**_The Role:_**:
- To efficiently and effectively own and handle all customer interactions, investigating and solving customer queries through to resolution. Providing a first-class service to internal and external customers ensuring that we delight our customers and leavea positive outcome that encourages high customer satisfaction._
**_Key Accountabilities:_**:
- _To be a strong contributor to the overall success of the business. _
- _Ensure that all that you deliver has the customer at the heart of any interactions. _
- _Always remain patient and attentive, communicating clearly and positively._
- _To ensure all customers are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. The customer is to be updated always with the progress of their enquiry providing solutions and outcomes that ensure customer satisfaction. _
- _Setting up customer contracts on the system with correct pricing. _
- _Analysing accounts for credit. _
- _Generating customer invoices and statements._
- _Processing customer consumable orders. _
- _Support Account Managers with customer queries. _
- _Ensure that overall performance of self/team and the business are met by driving for excellence whilst exceeding productivity and quality targets. _
- _A strong continuous improvement approach always searching for ongoing improvement in products, service, and processes to improve customer service. _
**_Skills and Experience required:_**:

- _Intermediate to advanced IT related programmes i.e word and excel. _
- _Use of internal databases, including CRM system. _
- _Strong call handling skills and active listening._
- _Proven customer support experience._
- _Familiar with CRM systems and practices. _
- _Track record of exceeding set targets and deadlines. _
- _Possess the skills to resolve conflict and challenges when apparent. _
- _Identify opportunities to offer additional and or alternative products to our customers. _
- _Have a flexible approach to work. _
- _Be ambitious with a desire to succeed._
- _Enjoy working within a large, dynamic and supportive team environment. _
**_In return for your commitment and expertise, you will receive:_**:
- _An annual salary of 28,000,00 Euros per annum. _
- _37.5 hour working week. Monday - Friday. _
- _23 days annual leave including Bank Holidays and the option to buy/sell holiday scheme after six months in the business._
