**The Role**:
Cavalry Healthcare provides temporary agency staffing solutions to nursing and healthcare clients and organisations throughout the Northwest, and we are currently looking to employ a Staffing Executive to join our Liverpool agency branch. We provide the highest levels of customer service to both our internal and external partners and customers, and this role is an integral part our agency services. You are the face and voice of Cavalry Healthcare.

As a Staffing Executive you will work closely with your branch manager to develop and support growth within our expanding Liverpool branch.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Responding to inbound calls and action in accordance with staff and client requirements;
- Being the first point of contact for customer care, general enquiries, and new client staffing requests;
- Allocating nurses and healthcare workers with the right skills and experience to support staffing demands;
- Establishing and growing strong working relationships with all key customers, including clients, nurses, care staff and operational teams;
- Managing the administration of shift bookings, confirmations, staff changes, and cancellations;
- Updating our internal I.T systems and client automated shift allocation systems; and
- Actively contacting clients to offer available staff services and resources.

**The skills you’ll need**:

- Strong I.T systems - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively;
- Ability to work as part of a wider team to support all business needs;
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload; and
- Healthcare Agency experience preferred but not essential.
