**Bilingual Sales Associate**:
We require a Bilingual Sales Associate for our busy law firm in Blackburn to generate new clients/customers and promote the legal services we provide. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to be responsible for the sales process, including generating leads, closing sales and managing the customer relations. The fluency of either Urdu and Punjabi or both is a must. Must have knowledge and experience of Google and Facebook Ads

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting sales presentations to prospective customers by phone and in person
- Calling prospective customers to set up appointments for new sales representatives to visit/call them
- Communicating with clients and customers in Urdu/Punjabi
- critical thinker and solution orientated
- Qualifying and converting sales leads to new customer accounts
- Managing the customer relationship from initial contact through closeout of orders
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields necessary.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Computer skills required (Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems preferred.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- marketing and sales: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
