**The Resourcing Hub are currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Childrens Support Worker to join our client's childrens home in the Greasby area**

Our client wants to make a positive difference in every child’s life. Our mission is provide a safe, nurturing and aspirational environment for our Young People to lead happy, independent lives. Our dedicated staff teams aim to make a difference, however big or small, to children’s lives every single day. Our aim is to support Young People to take control of their lives and make positive choices for their future.

Any sleep is paid at £70.47 a sleep
Overtime rate is £1.50 on top of a person's hourly rate for any hours above full time contracted hours

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce is preferable but not essential
- A Full Manual UK Driver’s License
- A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
- Experience working with Young People within a residential environment is preferable but not essential
- An enthusiastic and energetic personality with a passion for helping and caring for young people
