**Role**

The Operations Coordinator supports the Rural Consultancy team with all administrative duties, meeting and greeting clients, tenants and internal staff and supporting with all health and safety within the office.

**Responsibilities**
- Property management administration - DocuSign, upload expense invoices, queries from tenants and contractors, property letting marketing materials and enquiries, utility accounts and repeat invoices.
- Property Management Systems - updating and enhancing property data including maintenance tasks/small works orders for contractors, uploading certification documents and contractor insurance and onboarding.
- In-house contact management systems - instructions, referrals, client due diligence
- In-House sales invoicing
- Property management administration - DocuSign, upload expense invoices, queries from tenants and contractors, property letting marketing materials and enquiries, utility accounts and repeat invoices.

**Key Experience Required**
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative position
