Job Overview:
Socialite Canterbury Rooftop is a modern and stylish all-day restaurant, situated in the heart of Canterbury with the best views of the Cathedral. Our cocktail bar is full of signature cocktails and all the classics. We have a fine dinning restaurant with outdoor seating in the summer plus a lounge/bar area serving small plates all day.

We are looking for hardworking, motivated people with a passion for hospitality to join our team. Working during weekends and on holiday season is a necessary requirement for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Monitor and manage bar inventory levels
- Assist in setting up for events and functions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or pub setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
