To start in January 2023 - hybrid working (part home/office) - 6 month contract - 36.25 hours a week flexitime. Salary £23,819 negotiable on experience.

To work within the HR Team at our membership organisation client in Lutterworth Leicestershire.

Principal accountabilities:

- To undertake the administration on all procedures and processes in relation to transactional work e.g. leave procedures, flexi, starters, leavers and attendance, ensuring work is carried out in a timely manner, communicating with other departments to ensureall systems are kept accurate, policies nd procedures are adhered to and managers are supported and guided appropriately.
- To provide support on the interpretation of people policies, information & support to the whole workforce ensuring quality & consistency in a timely and proactive manner.
- To work with the finance & relevant third parties, ensuring that all payroll related changes are processed in a timely and accurate format to ensure the smooth processing of the organisation’s payroll within a robust auditing framework.
- To undertake recruitment administration, supporting managers to ensure that recruitment processes and documentation are progressed in an efficient and timely manner.
- To undertake administration relating to learning and development, liaising with internal contacts and external suppliers to ensure an efficient and timely process is followed
**Knowledge & experience**:

- One to two years’ experience in a HR administration role, including recruitment administration
- Experience of using HR Systems /databases Experience of processing transactional changes through to a payroll bureau or an internal processor
- High level of computer literacy skills across different systems such as Microsoft 365
- Competent in data collation, reporting and analysing
- High attention to detail resulting in an excellent degree of accuracy
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Effective verbal and written communication, adapting to audience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and on own initiative
