We are currently growing our presence in the UK and need you as our new Property Administrator to help us keep track of our business as we take over our new-builds throughout the country. You will be based in our office in Birmingham, where we offer youa flat organisation with a competent team who all truly have a "roll up your sleeves"-mentality.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Care for the property admin such as management of voids, rent and contract adjustments
- Manage the on-boarding of new properties
- Register tenant deposits with tenancy deposit scheme
- Liaise with city council, utility companies, tenants and other valuable and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the business runs smoothly
- Assess incoming calls from customers and other stakeholders and independently identify best people to connect them to in order to ensure excellent service
- Manage parking licenses, system maintenance and important updates of information
- Be part of other ad-hoc activities based on the incoming queries. At times, be part of viewings and more customer centered projects needed in order for us share our vision of providing Friendly Homes in the UK.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for someone who has completed studies from High School/College or similar and has at least three years of experience from working in a similar role in a residential company. You need to have a techsavvy personality and be an experienced userof the Microsoft Office Package.

As a person, you are truly service minded, always looking to find solutions to any customer related issues that might occur. Working with a wide set of stakeholders requires you to be able to communicate with ease, fluently in English, and preferably otherlanguages as well considering our customers come from all corners of the world. With your enthusiasm, you gladly help out in any area even though it might not be listed above, because the WE before ME mentality is your way of working.

**Who will you report to?**

You will be reporting to our Head of Letting -AnjaneeKotecha. Anjanee has ten years of experience in the lettings market and is currently part of building up the team in Birmingham. Guided by our values, she wants to create a collaborative team where communication,resourcefulness, and where the combination of different skillsets is essential in order to reach excellence
