**Role Information**:
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our staff team working within our contracted homeless accommodation service. You will have experience of supporting people with complex needs helping them to overcome barriers so they can be resettled back into the community.

As one of our dedicated and skilled waking night workers, you will provide a front line service providing support and advice to maintain the welfare, health and safety of all our customers.

As a Waking Night Worker, you will often work alone, taking the lead and implementing night security systems to ensure overall safety and security to the service. You will be an effective communicator, able to motivate and create a positive environment for our customers. You will also be able to work as part of a team especially when participating in handovers.

We operate a 24/7 service for our customers covering all aspects of homelessness and we also provide an out of hours service for our partners.
