An opportunity has arisen for a competent and experienced Recruitment professional to join their team for a fixed-term basis as their Recruitment Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment process for the business and have a real input into the business’ future recruitment strategies alongside their wider HR team.
- **Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term-contract with the possibility of being made permanent.**:

- **This is a hybrid working position with core hours to choose from (e.g finishing times of either 4pm or 6pm)**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Effectively collaborate and partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Actively supporting with the interview process.
- Create exciting and engaging job adverts and enhance these where required.
- Providing to hiring managers on anything relating to recruitment.
- Provide improvements and standardisation to the current recruitment processes in place.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Previous demonstratable experience within recruitment/ a background in either agency or in-house recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience using an ATS system or similar.
- Previous recruitment experience within the automotive/engineering industries would be advantageous, however not essential.
- Excellent IT skills.
