V7 Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent consultancy firm that specializes in the Utilities sector and is experiencing substantial growth. To support this expansion, they are seeking to recruit a dedicated HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.


As part of the ongoing success of the organization, the HR Advisor will play a crucial role in various human resources functions.

Salary: £40,000 plus benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring precision and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, which includes preparing offer letters, contracts, and conducting employee inductions.
  • Oversee and manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Prepare essential HR documentation such as letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Serve as a resource for line managers seeking guidance on HR matters, advising them on best practices and legal obligations.
  • Deliver training and support to line managers on managing employee relations cases, performance management, and other HR processes.
  • Provide initial advice to line managers on low to medium-level employee relations issues.
  • Assist HR People Managers in preparing and conducting formal employee relations meetings, including disciplinary hearings and grievance procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with current employment laws and internal policies.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
