**What will you be doing?**

- Salary: £11.62 per hour
- Holidays: 23 days plus 8 bank holidays
- Hours: 25 hours per week Monday to Thursday office - Friday Working from home
- Office hours: 9.30am to 2.30pm - but times are negotiable
- Place of work Based from Floorbrite HQ, Cranford House, Cranford Avenue, Sale, Manchester, M33 2AU

**Job description**
- Create and maintain job postings on multiple recruitment and social media platforms and the Floorbrite website to support the operations department with recruitment projects in line with business requirements
- Manage the administration of the operational recruitment processes and procedures
- Accurately input and housekeep recruitment information onto Microsoft Excel
- Build relationships with internal managers and keep regularly updated on the ongoing recruitment process
- Co-ordinate and prepare reports for recruitment stats as and when required
- Assist in the administration of general recruitment enquiries and resolutions
- Recognise trends, insights and new recruitment platforms and opportunities in order to optimise spend
- Communicate with and maintain account relationship with recruitment agencies we use to advertise
- Attend/visit local job fairs as and when required
**Skills required**
**Essential Skills**
- 2 years+ administration experience
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and good at time management
- Flexible approach to work

- Knowledge of social media platforms
- A-C (4-9) English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
