Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

**The Role**

**Do you have knowledge of either or both COINS ERP system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with software support experience?**

**Do you have knowledge of the accounting aspects such as how ledgers work, or a qualification like AAT?**

**Are you a natural problem solver with a natural flair for customer service management?**

**Are you looking to transfer any of the above skills and experience to the role of Business Systems Analystthen this could be the role for you**

Forming part of an existing site-based IT team within the Applications team the successful ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the COINS ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics CRM plus any subsequent subsidiary software systemswithin the Applications team.

You will be collaborating and communicating effectively with various business functions, working closely with our team members and stakeholders to understand their needs, wants and challenges.

**Key Duties and Requirements**
- Troubleshooting and investigating User issues reported via the support desk
- Cover on a specific day or days the service desk all our BAU activities and take ownership
- Supporting the COINS ERP system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM with upgrades and enhancements
- Provide the Business Analyst role to support all testing plans, and feedback for minor and major upgrading
- Maintaining users' security/permissions
- Developing the company's Business Systems knowledge by assisting in the documentation of business policies and processes
- Liaising with external support companies to carry out improvements and bug fixes testing
- Support the wider IT Team, problem solving and resolution
- Support the growth plans of the business within various projects related to all Business systems software
- Develop & Deliver Business Training, to the team and the wider business
- Maintaining effective communication through regular meetings and feedback
- Assisting the Business Systems team to ensure adequate system control are in place

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of technical capabilities of an ERP system and supplement systems.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written to communicate to all stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively under pressure and work on multiple projects.
- Driven and motivated with an ambitious outlook with a good customer focus.
- Possess the ability to logically prioritise and rationally escalate issues.
- Proven problem interrogation and solving skills and strong organisational skills.
- Team orientated working ethics as well as being self-sufficient and possessing the capabilities to work using their own initiative.
- Team player with great communication skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude with a problem-solving approach.
