Equans is looking for an Administrator to join our team at Torness Power Station, EH42 1QS on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 22.2 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £14,272 per annum and benefits package.
Working hours will be Wed-Fri 08:30 - 16:30
What will you deliver?
Preparation and scanning of documentation
Use of host systems and updating records / spreadsheets
Transferring of process logs from plant computer systems to station computer systems
Monitoring of repairs for Plant Computers, Station Pagers and Radios, including booking faults into databases, completing associated paperwork and booking in repair returns
Facilitation of learning centre and coaching users
Enrolment onto courses and updating of qualifications
Print, laminate and assist with distribution of documentation and plant drawings throughout the station
Assist in the preparation and collation of a wide range of documents and information for circulation to EDF stakeholders
Create and maintain spreadsheets for record keeping and filing systems

Who are we looking for?
Previous administration experience
Experience of prioritising workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.
