MDH Recruitment are delighted to announce we are recruiting Two Sales Administrators for our client in East Kilbride.
Job role details
You will provide information on medicines and product sourcing to customers and colleagues.
You will support Account Managers and Business Development Managers in providing up to date information and keep client records accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing the client to sell medicinal products to approved customers.
- Ensuring all relevant requirements are met and adhered to.
- Creating sales orders and order confirmations.
- Processing customer orders on the clients system.
- Compiling the required documentation for the picking and delivery of the order.
- Keeping the Warehouse staff aware of all new orders.
- Creating purchase orders.
- Recording any customer complaints received and forward the information to the relevant department for investigation.
- Identifying any deviations from approved procedures and inform management.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable organisational skills.
- Sales experience.
- The ability to work methodically and accurately process information.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Secondary school education in Maths and English (desirable).
- Experience with stock management software (desirable).
- Experience working in a regulated environment (desirable).
- A strong work ethic.
- To be honest, reliable and dedicated.
