Lettings Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Managing their own portfolio of tenancies (move-ins)
- Preparing and issuing contracts for E-Signature
- Updating the property database for each tenancy
- Collecting funds and preparing invoices
- Managing an extensive workload with strict, and often short, time frames
- Collating and verifying references
- Liasing with various stakeholders to achieve the end goal of tenants moving in on time
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Word and Excell
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information in line with GDPR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
