In Life Control Team Advisor

Blue Arrow currently has a fantastic opportunity to join one of our clients in Chesterfield. Responsible for a range of administrative tasks. Administrators will work as part of a team and will work across a range of processes that will entail delivering to daily, weekly and monthly targets. The In Life Control team are responsible for a range of administrative tasks, processing; VED, driver fines, charging zone administration, vehicle document library, vehicle ordering and vehicle sales - and advisors are expected to work as part of a team to cover all duties when required.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver an administrative service that meets the agreed service levels.
- Data input to relevant systems/software e.g. Excel, Word, M5 etc.
- Data checking, verification and reconciliation.
- Data analysis to identify problematic issues.
- Maintain accurate and relevant data - including filing (electronic and hard copy).
- Extracting data for query resolution.
- Provision of general administrative support, including telephone call handling, processing customer requests.
- Handle problems and issues effectively with a strong customer focus.
- Invoice production and query resolution.
- Working with suppliers to deliver against agreed delivery schedule.
- Checking, processing and payment of invoices.
- Maintain shared inbox contact at all required times.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent IT Skills, computer literate - preferably with experience in a range of software packages including Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
- Good standard of organisation skills
- Able to demonstrate good team working skills
- Good standard of numeracy.
- Open and comfortable with change, new processes and new ways of working.
- Experience in Fleet, especially working knowledge of fleet compliance and legalisation.
Full time hours - covering times of 08:00 - 16:30 Mon-Fri, a mix of shifts and flexi working within these hours.
