**ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST**
WellConnection IOS Ltd is one of the leading Drill Pipe and OCTG inspection companies within the UK. We are currently looking for an Administrator / Receptionist.
**Experience and Competence**
- Experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel, SharePoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, manager’s and external clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Job files administration.
- Ensure job book is updated and accurate.
- Management of purchase orders issued and received.
- Raise invoice templates ensuring all job costs are captured.
- Liaise with accounts payable to ensure all purchase orders complete.
- Ensure electronic folders passed for invoice are complete and fully auditable.
- Order and liaise with transportation providers.
- Reception duties.
**Skills and Knowledge**
- Highly motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Have good attention to detail
- Flexible work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
**Salary**: From £1.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Peterhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
