FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Receptionist on a temporary contract of approximately 1 month starting on the 24th of November. This position is based near Peterhead.
**Duties**:
- Providing a professional, friendly and welcoming reception service to all customers
- Handling all incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- General administrative support as required
- Briefing visitors on site safety information
- Handling request for stationary and other office supplies
- Maintenance of the Outlook Calendar for meeting room bookings
- Arranging meeting refreshments and lunches
- Maintaining a record of all visitors entering the building
- Handling outgoing mailing, as well as sorting and distributing mail to all departments accordingly
- Generating employee access cards
- Locker key management
- Communicating with the company travel agent to arrange travel for employees and making record of any bookings
- Have previous experience as a Receptionist
- Be an excellent communicator
- Proficient in switchboard handling
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
