**Job Specifications**
- Assist children who may have difficulty forming relationships, following routines, and accepting boundaries.
- Collaborate with other parts of the service, occasionally working in different areas to meet the needs of service users.
- Handle challenging behaviours with a fast-thinking approach, both independently and as part of a team.
- Introduce children to new activities and support them in developing independence skills.
- Provide personal and direct care to children with disabilities, always ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Must have a relevant qualification (NVQ or equivalent in a related field)
- Experience in supporting children with disabilities is preferred.
- Full Driving License with a business Insurance
- Flexibility: Availability to take on locum assignments throughout the year, with the flexibility to accept occasional shifts or extended blocks of work.
- Skillset: Clinical skills, good communication abilities, teamwork, and the ability to handle potentially stressful situations.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to different practices in and around the UK
