**About Our Client**:
Our client is a respected public sector body, providing essential services across the UK. They have a significant presence nationwide, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for customer service.
- Work closely with team members to meet customer service goals.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

**Please note this is a fully office based role**

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- A commitment to provide excellent customer service at all times.
