I am working with a long standing client of Si Recruitment as they are recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

As the successful applicant will also assist and support engineers by providing correct and accurate data to ensure projects are completed on time. You will be who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Main Duties:

- Planning work for engineers
- Speaking with clients and building rapport
- Working as part of a close team as well as using your own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure when needed.
- Using computers and systems on a daily basis
- Maximise productivity through optimising the utilisation of available resources

Desired skills:

- Ability to communicate at any level
- Computer literate with full Microsoft package, database experience preferred but not essential
- Good geographical knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
