**Job Summary**:
As a Procurement Administrator at LIVINGWAY, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement department's daily operations within the Build-to-Rent sector. You will be responsible for assisting with procurement processes, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a desire to contribute to our company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the Build-to-Rent sector.

Generate, review, and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner within the context of the Build-to-Rent sector. Verify pricing, terms, and delivery details with suppliers.

Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levelsacross all sites to meet operational needs while minimising excess stock.

Maintain comprehensive and organised procurement records, including contracts, agreements, and invoices.

Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Assist in analysing procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations specific to the Build-to-Rent sector.

Generate regular reports and metrics on procurement performance for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience preferably within the Build-to-Rent sector.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends, particularly within the Build-to-Rent sector.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
