We have an opportunity for a Assurance and Procurement Assistant to join us. You’ll provide administrative support the Assurance (including Data Protection) and Procurement functions, ensure compliance with One Manchester’s policies and procedures, as well as its regulatory obligations (including but not limited to the RSH regulatory standards, all data protection legislation, and the procurement regulations).

**What we’re looking for**:

- Business administration qualifications (e.g. Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or demonstrable experience at a similar level.
- Ability to work with Managers and Board members at a senior level
- Experience of agenda planning and producing minutes of formal meetings.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with a strong level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess a high standard of data and information literacy with the ability to research, analyse and present complex information effectively to a range of audiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
- A competent user of IT who has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
