Our wonderful site in Chertsey houses three specialist buildings, each with great facilities and services. These include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, a specialist nursery, hydrotherapy, holiday clubs, personal support in the home, short breaks, fitness and rehabilitation. We also offer many activities such as trips out, art, baking, swimming, and much more
We are now looking for a Senior Support Worker to join us in our Treetops service on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36 hours per week between 6:30am and 10pm.

**The Role**
As a Senior Support Worker, you will support and ensure the safety of the young people using our Treetops service. Treetops offers a home away from home environment with additional support to enhance the skills and understandings of young people.
Planning and delivering leisure activities, you will help our young people work towards their individual goals, alongside preparing their meals and refreshments and administering medication.
You will also provide exceptional leadership to your team, carrying our risk assessments and ensuring they are actively working towards the goals of those they support and meeting their health needs.
Please note, due to our open and collaborative working environment and the nature of our work with children and adults with disabilities, all our office-based roles can experience periods of elevated noise levels and some elements of disruption.
**About You**
To be considered as a Senior Support Worker, you will need:
- Experience of working with children and/or young people in a work setting or voluntary basis in a supervisor role
- Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection
- Good IT skills
- To hold, or be willing to work towards, the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent level 3 qualification e.g., NVQ Child Care, Health and Social Care
Please note, successful applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
