My client a professional investment management service is seeking an Administrator to join their established team, professional office experience is essential.
You will be greeting clients when they come to the office for meetings including private and professional investors.
Duties of Administrator:

- Answer the phone, transfer calls, take messages etc.
- Meet and greet clients at the door, set up meeting rooms and organise lunches if needed
- Daily admin
- Open mail, distribute and scan when required
- Print off mail merges, letters, documents when required
- Post - frank post etc.
- Making Application packs
- Access to CRM for clearing debits
Essential:

- The ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Remain calm and composed often in demanding situations
- A proactive attitude and initiative to manage own workload
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Flexible regarding working hours
- Good standard of personal presentation
