Are you an experienced administrator looking for more responsibility and challenge?

We have a 24 hour, permanent role over 4 days, based at our York club.

The rate of pay for this role is £11.20.

**About the Role**

Applications are invited for an experienced Administrator to support the General Manager at one of our prestigious health clubs with its state of the art gym environment.

This is a varied role, offering opportunity to work with all aspects of personnel across the club. Supporting the general Manager on a day to day basis this will involve liaison with head office and HR, supporting with recruitment and club protocol, documentation, member policies and procedures and personnel management administration. This role would ideally suit someone with strong time management and an organised, independent work ethic to ensure tasks are prioritized within the club.

Flexibility on shift pattern and days can be discussed at interview, more hours may be available.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, effective time management, strong interpersonal skills, previous experience in an administrative role and a strong work ethic and can do attitude.

Experience within an administrative role would be advantageous.

An understanding of purchase ledger or similar systems and member databases is desirable, however full training will be given.
