We are actively looking for a **Contracts Coordinator** to join our team based full-time out of our Great Dunmow office, from there you will cover duties for the **London** regional area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the main point of contact for site operatives, clients, supervisors and engineers
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis
- Completing Bill of Works, pricing, payments and sending monthly invoices
- Arranging materials, send out drawings and scopes

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Able to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure
- Be proactive and adapt to the fast-paced environment
- Industry experience _(preferred but not essential)_

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
