As a **Community Care Worker** you will be going from **door to door** providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

You will need a car for this role as the role is field based.

**The Role**:

- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

**The Requirements**:

- Happy to travel and have access to a car
- Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
- Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
- Working every other weekend.
- ** Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP**.

**Shifts available for Care Assistants**:

- 07:00am - 15:00pm
- 14:00pm - 22:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays and Sundays required

Part time or Full time available.

**As this role is in the community you must have a willingness to walk, travel by public transport where required to get to your clients.
