We are recruiting a speech & language therapy educator to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced speech and language therapists who wish to develop their educational skills while maintaining clinical practice. You will play a crucial role in facilitating teaching and learning, as well as research and knowledge exchange across our Speech and Language Therapy Provision. The post holder will collaborate with our speech and language therapy lead, wider team, and employers to implement our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for education, thrive on seeing students succeed, and have ambition and an inquiring mind. Opportunity may exist to pursue doctoral studies through a professional doctorate or PhD programme. The salary range for this position is approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We operate a flexible working policy that enables employees to balance their work and personal life effectively. Under the UK Government Points-Based System scheme, this role meets the criteria for sponsorship of a Skilled Worker Route application.
