Imaging Support Worker Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced team leader to supervise the Imaging Support workers (ISWs).
The ISWs are essential for the smooth running of the radiology department. They provide effective transportation of patients from the wards to the radiology department, ensure efficient use of scanning time, prepare patients for their x-rays and scans and help discharge patients at the end of their examination. Their role is physical, involving the use of wheelchairs, trolleys and beds.
You will help prepare and maintain the working environment, but most importantly you will provide the much needed support to the team and patients.
You will be an essential part of the Radiology team, supervising and leading them on a daily basis whilst working closely with the modality principals to ensure we provide the best experience for the patient.

Energetic.
Keen and willing to learn.
Previous supervisory experience or knowledge of the imaging support worker role is also essential.
