About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide support with personal care.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and meal preparation, and accompanying clients to appointments.
- Create a positive and engaging environment through companionship and social interactions.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with clients to support them in achieving their goals.
- Provide clinical intervention when required and work within a team environment.
- Support clients with household duties and provide emotional support when needed.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK and a minimum of 6-months UK based health or social care experience.
- Compassionate and patient nature with excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality to connect with clients and create a positive atmosphere.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within the complex care industry.
