**Sales Executive**

**£18k basic / £45k OTE**

**Permanent, Full Time**

**Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 / Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00**

Our client, based in the Cambridge area, is searching for an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team. If you’ve got experience within the motor trade and would like to further your career - get in touch with us today and apply

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- To achieve agreed sales targets for used vehicles.
- Effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
- Follow the companies’ sales processes in order to achieve those agreed targets and beyond.
- Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Managing and developing customer follow-up and prospecting systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat and new business.
- Actively achieve targets on a daily basis.
- Completing accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, agreeing values with the Sales Manager.

**Your background & skill**:

- Experience working as a Sales Executive within the Motor Trade is essential for the role.
- Confident and professional.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines/targets.
- Great communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
