Estates Intelligence teams utilise the ‘6 As’ Methodology to deliver business benefit by deploying their ‘Viaverse’ platform to enable each A - **aggregation** of data, **automation** of transactional processing and operational data flows, **assurance** of process and data integrity to promote sanctity of management information, **audit** of processing and data to better refine business outcomes, **analytics** to offer management information and insight, all to enable enhanced **asset management **across client’s portfolio.

**About the Role**

**This is a 13-month FTC**

There is a need for a Data Warehouse specialist to join the team to support a client transition process, to understand the Data Architecture and implement a Data Warehouse. The Data Warehouse specialist will also be responsible for supporting the Data Analytics team in provisioning data in the Data Warehouse for interrogation and manipulation using PowerBI. The role will involve extensive client interaction and supporting senior stakeholders in KBR articulate solution, its benefits to end public sector client.

As a Datawarehouse Developer, you will play a pivotal role in extracting data from multiple sources and transforming it into actionable insights for analysts and decision-makers. Your proficiency in working with relational databases, ETL processes, and reporting tools will be invaluable in driving our data-driven decision-making processes forward.

We value effective stakeholder management, and this role offers the opportunity to hone your skills through continuous collaboration with stakeholders. You will have the chance to work with technologies, including Microsoft’s SSAS server, Teradata, IBM Db2, and Oracle Express edition, while showcasing your advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and dimensions.

Additionally, this role offers desirable opportunities for those familiar with managing public and private sector estates, including the FM industry and strategic asset management.

**What We're Looking For**

**Essential**
- At least 5 years’ experience in building Datawarehouse preferably in Azure cloud.
- Formal training on Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes and technologies.

**Desirable**
- Degree educated (preferably in a technical discipline)
- Certified Professional in Data Management/Data Warehousing (CPDM)
- Full UK driving licence (plus own transport)
