**This role is working for a Global Digital Media Organisation, and they require a Change Lead to join their team on a 6 month basis.**

Xcede are looking for a Change Lead who will be accountable for the design and implementation of change and communication plans plus providing stakeholders with a clear understanding of impacts from a process, technology and organisational design perspective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain a change plan across all the Location Strategy function-specific projects to give a high-level visibility of change support being delivered across the portfolio
- Change Communication - Work with the functional leads and Transition Manager to create and maintain the communications plan and materials as it relates to the impact of operating model, org design, and location strategy implementations
- Engage with functional leaders, program and cross-functional teams to drive the change agenda
- Develop change management strategies and work with a cross-functional program team to integrate change and communication activities into overall function transformation and transition plans including knowledge transfer, ramp up and stabilisation.

**Skills & Requirements**
- PROSCI Practitioner
- Committed to hands-on execution as well as strategic planning
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
- Prior experience in the design and execution of at least 2-3 operating model/location strategy projects within a GBS/Shared Services transformation program
- Thorough Understanding of the global market employment rules and regulations relevant for the design and execution of change and communication plans
- Strong communication skills with an ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels and in ambiguous situations
- Delivery focused and able to balance multiple responsibilities and activities and creation of deliverables
