The position will include providing a comprehensive and efficient administration and coordination service. It would be advantageous if you had previous experience of working in an Ophthalmology environment.

Your attention to detail will paramount and youll thrive on ensuring you are providing a high level of service at all times. Youll use KPIs and service level agreements to ensure high standards of service are met and that continuous improvement is strived for. Newmedica is a fast moving, growing business so were looking for someone who enjoys working at pace and is comfortable managing multiple and often changing priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a comprehensive and efficient administration and coordination service Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service on a daily basis Provide leadership, line management support and performance management of the administrators.

Prepare and present data relating to services in collaboration with the Service Manager Provide administrative support as and when it is needed Review and optimise the administration structure and processes to support key performance measures and agreed targets. Ensure the administration team are working in a way that fully supports the delivery of high-quality care to patients and always looking for new innovative ways to improve the service. Embed processes into the administration function to prevent a single point of failure when managing the functions within the team. Promote and lead service improvement and implement change as required Participate in the revision of policies, procedures, protocols and documentation Oversee data capture and challenges to support the delivery of services Responsible for ensuring patients are booked in to relevant clinics Generic Responsibilities Role model the values of Newmedica Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Respectfulness, Enthusiasm and Support in all activities and interactions with employees, service users and other stakeholders.

Work across professional and organisational boundaries to improve services for all. Maintain their specific knowledge base and develop new skills.
