**The Role**:
To work within the existing customer care and delivery team assisting in the management of customer requests and order requirements from new and existing clients.(e.g. Architect's, Main contractors, blue chip companies & government agencies.)

**Main Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- **Manage your workflow and assist the sales team in new opportunities**:

- **Improve product knowledge with training provided**:

- **Carry out Fact Find on your customer's product requirements**:

- **Calculate and produce sales quotes**:

- **Liaise and co-ordinate with surveying team**:

- **Pro-active manage dedicated key accounts**

About You:

- Experience in customer service would be useful and event better incoming order requests.
- Good communication skills in writing, on the telephone and in person and will have an eye for detail and a desire to ‘get it right first time’.
- MS Office skills
- You will be flexible in your approach depending on the opportunity and circumstances.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Trustworthy and conscientious.

**This is an apprenticeship position**

**Next Level provide continual support throughout for 14-month programme and help you achieve new life skills, and develop your knowledge in the sector**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £14,000.00 per year
