Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a market leading marine engineering company who are going through an exciting period of growth.

Due to expansion of the projects team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Administrator to join our clients highly motivated and driven team. As Bid Administrator you will be responsible for supporting their Special Projects Team in winning tenders across the world within the marine and defence industries.

**Duties**:

- Write, edit, and finalise proposals for submission.
- Document control all tender documentation, managing administration.
- General administration such as organising logistics and assisting in internal reporting.
- Coordinating input into bid process.
- Producing accurate cost models for bids.
- Producing sales materials, such as presentations and supporting bid delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- High-level of competency on Microsoft Office.
- Experience of producing professional documentation.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Confident, and willing to learn quickly.
- Organised, and good at meeting short deadlines.

**Remuneration and Hours**:

- £24-£28k
