Job Title: People Partner
**Job Type**: Permanent, full-time
**Salary**: £75,000 - £85,000
Location: London Bridge
Style of work: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in the office

Reporting into the People Director, this position will play a key role within the organisation, ensuring that the people within the business are empowered to make bold and innovated decisions. You’ll have experience in knowing what best practice looks likeand have worked within a growing company to achieve this.
We’re looking for someone who will thrive within a fast-paced business, is commercially minded and able to demonstrate real agility in balancing the differing demands of a growing company.
The background we'd like to see:
- Demonstrable People Partnering experience in a scaling Technology or FS led business
- Experience of high growth environments, change and transformation will be key
- Analytical mindset with proven experience using data and data-driven insights to support a business
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law
- A reputation of unquestionable integrity, high EQ and an inclusive mind-set.
- Experience of coaching teams to higher performance, in a growth context.
