This is a full time Temp to Perm role. Upon completing a successful 13 week probation period, a Full Time Permanent contract with the client will be offered along with an increase in pay.

**The Role**:

- Chasing couriers for delivery updates.
- Using their Live Chat System to communicate with customers via their Website.
- Working with the team to communicate any issues that have arisen for quick resolution for the customer.
- Placing orders for customers over the telephone.
- Combination of home & office working after initial training period (3 weeks).

**The Different shift patterns available are**:

- Monday to Friday 09:00 starts (40hrs)
- Monday to Thursdays 11:30am - 22:00pm
- 4 Days through the week & 1 weekend Day ( Flexible on working days - 40hrs)

**All Training is carried out the first 3 weeks and this is a Monday to Friday Schedule.**

**Rates of Pay (Including bonus scheme)**
- £10.42 per hour - first 13 weeks for probation period.

Note First 13 weeks will be weekly pay, after completion of probation period you will be offered a contract which is on Monthly Pay.

**Applicants Must**:

- Be Friendly & approachable nature.
- Have excellent communication skills ( Both Verbal & written).
- Be able to reliably commute to Huddersfield HD5.
- Be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft office.
- Packages Including Excel and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 13 weeks

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
